Damage and Loss Policy

Thanks for using Self-Serve washers and dryers at Clean Spin Washateria to do your laundry. Your satisfaction is our first priority. We are trying our best to maintain the clean and safe laundromat to meet your need. However, we are not responsible for any damages or loss due to left item in the pockets, in the washers, and the dryers before your usage such as pens, lipsticks, crayons, lighters, valuable jewelry, etc. Please proceed with caution.

Any unattended items will be removed out of the machines to get them ready for next customers, and donated after 24 hours.
Wash & Fold service and Pick Up & Delivery service:

Thanks for letting Clean Spin Washateria to take care of your garments. Your satisfaction is our first priority. While we carefully treat your garments with caution, we cannot guarantee against the weakness in material, mislabeling of cleaning procedure, color loss, bleeding, and shrinkage. Emptying your pockets of garments is required, so we are not responsible for any damages or loss causing by left items in the pockets (pens, lipsticks, crayons, lighters, valuable jewelry, etc.)

Claims must be submitted to contactcleanspin@gmail.com within seven (7) days with photos of damaged or loss items. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All decisions on damaged items are in Clean Spin Washateria’s sole discretion and are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent permitted under applicable law:

Any reimbursement for household laundry item, commercial laundry item, and loss laundry item deemed damaged or lost by Clean Spin Washateria shall be limited to and shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the damaged item (not inclusive of tax and other fees) regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment.

For any damaged items that we replace, we will keep them so that we can repair and donate them to one of our local charity partners.
